Creators must complete verification before uploading content.

ID Propagation

Teqnovos assigned a platform transaction ID at payment creation. The ID followed authorization, capture, fee allocation, refund, payout, and settlement records without changing during processing.

Ledger Creation

Accepted payment events created ledger entries with the gross amount, fee, creator share, currency, source event ID, and current status. Balance changes came from these entries only.

State Transitions

Payment states followed allowed transitions, such as pending to paid or paid to refunded. Invalid transitions were rejected, which protected completed records from silent overwrites.

Eligibility Gate

The payout job read entries only after the payment reached its release state. Creator verification, balance thresholds, holds, and disputes could keep an entry outside the transfer batch.

Retry Handling

Temporary transfer failures kept the same payout ID and retry count. A later attempt updated that record, while permanent failures created an exception for administrator review.
